This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle.*.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle (excluding recruitment). You’ll help manage employee data, contracts, and HR systems while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee changes, contracts, and absences
Maintain HR systems (Workday preferred)
Support payroll processes and audits
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws
Respond to HR queries from staff and managers
Help organize internal HR events and communications
Liaise with payroll, recruitment, and external vendors
Ensure data accuracy and support HR projects
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business preferred)
1-2 years in HR operations or admin role
Strong English skills
Familiarity with Workday, SAP, or similar systems
Detail-oriented and great at multitasking
Basic knowledge of local labor law is a plus
